At the Annual General Meeting of May 27, 2026, it was proposed to distribute:
– an ordinary dividend of €0.08 per share (including €0.02 of interim dividend already paid in September 2025). The ex-dividend date will be June 23, 2026 and the payment, exclusively in cash, will be made on June 25, 2026.
– an exceptional dividend of €1.5 per share. This dividend will be paid at the same time as the ordinary dividend.
