Message to shareholders

“The year 2022 will undoubtedly feature bicentenary celebrations of the Group, whose longevity, vitality and determination have allowed it to move with the times by adapting to the changing world. “

Bolloré Group celebrates its 200 years !

In 1822 in Odet, Jean Guillaume Bolloré and his brother-in-law Nicolas Le Marié laid the first stone of the paper mill they had designed and financed. 200 years later and still controlled by the same family, the small Breton company has become one of the 500 largest companies in the world.

The stability of its shareholding enables it to pursue a long-term investment policy. Thanks to its diversification strategy based on innovation and international development, the Group now holds strong positions in its three activities: transport and logistics, communication, and electricity storage and systems.
